1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and f9bd ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://f9bd.io ("the Platform"). • You must not have had a previous f9bd Account that was suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.

f9bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and, where applicable, forfeiture of any pending bonus funds.

4. Account Registration

To access the betting and casino services on the f9bd Platform, you must complete the registration process and open an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the f9bd Platform. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If f9bd identifies that a Player holds more than one Account, all duplicate Accounts will be permanently closed, all balances and bonuses in those Accounts may be forfeited, and the Player's primary Account may also be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Any deliberate provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

4.3 Account Maintenance

You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must update them promptly via your Account settings or by contacting f9bd support. f9bd cannot be held responsible for failed communications or transactions resulting from outdated Account information.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your f9bd Account login credentials, including your username and password. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account, regardless of your relationship with that person.
• You must use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• You must notify f9bd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• f9bd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication claiming to be from f9bd and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

f9bd accepts no liability for any losses arising from unauthorised access to an Account resulting from a Player's failure to maintain adequate security of their credentials, except where such access was caused directly by a breach of f9bd's own security obligations.

6. Know Your Customer (KYC)

f9bd is committed to responsible operation of its Platform and is required to conduct identity and age verification checks on all registered Players. The KYC process may be triggered at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any time f9bd deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

6.1 Required Documents

You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents to complete KYC verification:

7. Deposits & Withdrawals

7.3 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply depending on Account verification status and payment method.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, f9bd will work with the Player to identify an appropriate alternative.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to KYC verification status and any pending bonus wagering requirements.

• Any funds in an Account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ৳200 per month, applied until the Balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

f9bd may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only and may not be claimed by Players who are currently subject to self-exclusion or Account suspension.
• Each bonus has its own specific Wagering Requirement, minimum odds or game eligibility criteria, and expiry period. These are communicated at the time the bonus is offered and must be read carefully before accepting.

9. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the f9bd Platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other betting markets offered:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. f9bd reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors and void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• The minimum single bet stake is ৳100. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event and are displayed in the bet slip at the time of placement.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of the market. f9bd reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event without prior notice.

• Underage Access: Accessing or attempting to access the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for any person under 21.

12. Responsible Gaming

Upon Account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and any winnings derived primarily from bonus play may be forfeited. f9bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if f9bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

f9bd does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, or events beyond f9bd's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. f9bd shall not be liable for losses incurred as a result of Platform downtime where such downtime was caused by factors outside f9bd's direct control.
